Hampton House

Converting a 100 year old home into a comfortable, modern sanctuary had its challenges, but our Hampton clients were delighted with the results.

Mass Constructions designed a full renovation and extension for this home. One of the best features was opening the main hallway so that it flowed through to the rear of the house. This allows natural light to cascade into what was previously a dim hallway, making the entry to the home warm and inviting.

The roofline was rebuilt to match with the original style, restoring it to a look it was always meant to have. The kitchen was remodeled with Caesarstone bench tops, glass splashback, 2 pack cabinetry and walk-in butler’s pantry and laundry. More natural light has been drawn into the kitchen and living area through the use of Velux roof windows with electric retractable blinds. Double stacking sliding doors open out onto the main entertaining area with beautiful Merbau decking, bringing the outdoors inside the home.

In our clients' own words

“Thank you to Tim and the Mass Constructions team, for a great experience and result. Happy to recommend your work to your future clients.”
